CANCELATION POLICY
To maintain the highest standard of care and manage our clinic efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. This helps us accommodate the scheduling needs of all patients and manage our resources effectively.
Notice Requirements:
- Treatments Longer than 59 Minutes: Requires a minimum of 4 days (96 hours) notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Treatments 59 Minutes or Less: Requires a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice to cancel or reschedule.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees:
- 100% of the Treatment Cost: Will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made without the required notice period.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an exceptional circumstance, please provide appropriate documentation (e.g., medical note, emergency documentation). Each case will be reviewed individually, and fees may be waived at our discretion if valid documentation is provided.
Additional Information:
- Repeated Cancellations: Patients who cancel appointments without adequate notice on multiple occasions will be required to pay in full for future appointments at the time of booking.
- Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full cancellation fee will apply.
Payment and Scheduling:
- No future appointments will be scheduled until any outstanding cancellation fees are paid in full.
- All fees must be paid directly and cannot be billed to insurance.

BOOKING POLICY
The appropriate deposit is payable at the time of booking, appointments cannot be held without a deposit and may be offered to other patients. A fully refundable deposit is required for all appointments with our dental specialists and hygienists. The deposit secures the booking and is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not adhered.
For any further bookings, the reception team will take a deposit depending on the length of your upcoming appointment, usually at £100/h.
All accounts are to be settled prior to leaving the clinic by credit/debit card or cash.
SEDATION TREATMENT CANCELATION POLICY
We require a full price deposit for the cost of intravenous sedation plus £100/h for scheduled appointment with the treating dentist. We require multiple clinicians and extensive equipment for these appointments which creates complex diary management and therefore require 7 days minimum if cancelling these appointments.
Failure to give less than 7 days notice will result in your deposit being charged as a cancellation fee.
COVID-19 Cancellation
We understand that patients cannot attend if suffering with COVID-19. If a patient requests flexibility on their deposit due to COVID-19 they are required to present a valid positive lateral flow test with the date when the test was taken.
